We are pleased to present our beloved Andalusian horses and are happy to share information about this remarkable, ancient breed of horse.
The Andalusian has played a significant role throughout history as the noble steed of kings, as a brave warhorse, a working cattle horse, a bullfighting horse, and was well known throughout the royal courts of Europe for his remarkable talent for collected dressage movements. He is utterly inseparable from the traditions and heritage of Spain and continues to be hailed as a national monument of Spain.
The temperament, willingness and intelligence of the Andalusian breed is unmatched. THey make excellent partners and are wonderful family horses. The Spanish have a saying, that loosely translates into 'a ball of fire on a silken thread".
